We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, phone and KYC documentation for agents), as well as basic usage data — pages visited, device type and approximate location — to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate the marketplace, route inquiries to the correct agent, verify identity, process payments, send transactional emails and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only with the parties necessary to operate the service — payment processors (Stripe, crypto providers), identity verification, email delivery and our hosting infrastructure. KYC documents are stored encrypted with restricted access.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting info@dominionpropertygroup.ca. We respond within 30 days as required by Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
Data Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive documents, and role-based access controls. No service is perfectly secure — promptly report any concerns to our team.
