Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dominion Property Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Agents must complete KYC verification and be legally permitted to act in their stated service areas.
Listings
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Dominion reviews listings before publication but does not warrant the accuracy of any listing detail. Properties are subject to verification, inspection and final negotiation between the buyer/renter and seller/landlord.
Payments
Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed and published. Crypto payments are subject to network fees and confirmation times; refunds for crypto are issued in the same asset at the conversion rate at the time of refund.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not post false or misleading listings, impersonate another person, attempt to circumvent fees, or use the service to defraud others. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any unused credits.
Limitation of Liability
Dominion Property Group is not a party to any transaction between users. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted to this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
